TradeConnex is hiring Electricians for solar and BESS projects across regional NSW. Terminations, cabling, module connections and testing on multiple solar farms, with ongoing work for the right candidate and more solar projects in the pipeline. $50-55/hr plus penalties and super, with vehicles, accommodation and meals or an agreed living away from home allowance provided.

Scope of Works

The work across these solar and BESS projects includes:
- Termination of combiner boxes
- Termination of MC4 strings
- Module connections (high volume)
- Earth connections and earth rings
- BESS terminations and conduit installation
- CCTV and weather station terminations
- DC and AC cable laying and terminations
- MV cable laying
- Below-ground conduit installation and conduit in cable trenches
- Testing of electrical systems

About You

Essential:
- A-grade electrical licence
- White Card
- Solar farm termination experience
- Own basic tooling

Desirable:
- Electrical testing experience
- BESS, MV cabling or civil electrical experience
- Happy to work to achievable daily targets (combiner boxes, module connections)
