Access tracks and hardstands
Moxy, roller and excavator operators with civil labourers to build the tracks and crane pads that turbine components are delivered and lifted on.
Plant operators, trade assistants and labourers for wind farm civil works and construction. We supplied more than 10 talent to Rye Park Wind Farm in the Southern Tablelands of NSW.
A large share of the labour on a wind farm goes in before any turbine arrives: access tracks, crane hardstands, foundations and cable trenching spread across kilometres of farmland. That needs plant operators comfortable on haul roads and compaction, and labourers and trade assistants who can keep going through long days on an exposed site.
At Rye Park Wind Farm, north of Yass and east of Boorowa, we supplied more than 10 talent between April and October 2022, including moxy operators, roller operators, trade assistants and skilled labourers.
For foundation pours and lifts we can add steel fixers, concreters and licensed riggers and dogmen.
Moxy, roller and excavator operators with civil labourers to build the tracks and crane pads that turbine components are delivered and lifted on.
Steel fixers, concreters and labourers for reinforcement cages, formwork and the large concrete pours each turbine base needs.
Riggers and dogmen holding the High Risk Work Licence the lift requires, with trade assistants supporting the installation crew on the ground.
Operators and labourers for trenching, cable laying support and backfill between turbines and the substation, then reinstatement of the land.
An initial screen of trade experience, a face-to-face interview and reference checks before anyone reaches your site.
Talent arrives with the PPE the job needs and their tickets confirmed: White Card, high-risk work licences, plant tickets or RIW accreditation.
A minimum of four hours per day per person, from short-term cover to full project durations, with the option to take talent on permanently.

Yes. At Rye Park Wind Farm our crew included moxy and roller operators alongside trade assistants and skilled labourers. We check each operator’s competencies for the machine before they start.
All construction talent we put forward holds a White Card. Riggers and dogmen need a High Risk Work Licence for the class of work, such as Dogging (DG), and electricians need a current state electrical licence. We confirm these before anyone goes to site.
Tell us the site location, roster and whether camp or local accommodation is provided when you book. We’ll put forward talent who can work that arrangement for the length of the job.
Yes. Alongside labour hire we supply site managers and HSE advisors, and our permanent recruitment team can fill roles you want on your own books.
Send us the trades, headcount, site and start date, and we'll put forward talent who fit.
