Labourers, plant operators, formwork carpenters and RIW-accredited rail crews for road, tunnel, rail and utility projects. Supplied from our Sydney office to builds including WestConnex, the Greenway and Dinawan Substation.
Civil projects run on staged programmes, live traffic and booked rail possessions, so the crew has to be ready when each window opens. TradeConnex supplies civil labourers, machine operators, traffic controllers, formwork carpenters and RIW-accredited rail crews across roads, tunnels, rail and utilities.
On WestConnex we placed more than 100 talent with four different clients, across the M4 tunnel, M5, M8 and M4-M5 Link. The Greenway Cooks to Cove took more than 200 talent from first sod turn to completion, much of it during light rail possessions. The Bardwell Park and Chester Hill station upgrades are crewed with RIW-accredited labourers and operators, and at Dinawan Substation in the Riverina we placed 22 talent across the civil and electrical packages.
Book one operator for a shift or a rolling crew for the full build.

Everyone we put forward for construction work holds a White Card. On top of that we confirm what your site calls for, such as plant tickets, a traffic control card, a High Risk Work Licence: Dogging (DG), or a Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card for the rail corridor.
Yes. On the Greenway and our Sydney station upgrades we have run rolling crews, adding people for major stages and possessions and pulling back between them, while keeping site-familiar faces on the job.
