TradeConnex talent on a building and construction project

How we crew building and construction projects

A lot of building work in Sydney happens in places that are already in use: a college between semesters, a library open to students, a casino that keeps trading. TradeConnex supplies the labourers and trades those programs depend on, booked for the stages you need them.

We placed 34 talent, including solar installers and labourers, on Arnott’s automated distribution centre at Huntingwood. We crewed the Christmas shutdown at St Paul’s College, supported fitout stages at Wesley College and kept labourers on the Fisher Library refurbishment from December 2022 to October 2023. At the Art Gallery of New South Wales, we have supplied maintenance and grounds talent since July 2022.

For site managers, project managers and other senior roles, we also run permanent recruitment.
