Civil and earthworks
Excavator, dozer and roller operators with civil labourers for access roads, embankments, spillways and benching on steep, remote ground.
Civil labourers, plant operators, concreters, steel fixers and riggers for hydro and pumped hydro works. Screened, ticket-checked talent for remote sites and long civil stages.
Hydro and pumped hydro projects are heavy civil jobs: access roads, dam and spillway works, intake structures, tunnels and power station caverns, followed by mechanical and electrical installation of turbines and generators. Upgrades to existing stations bring the same trades into an operating asset.
We supply the people behind that work: civil labourers, excavator and roller operators, concreters, steel fixers, formwork carpenters, riggers and dogmen and electricians, plus HSE advisors and site engineers. Every person goes through our three-stage screening before they’re put forward.
For an example of how we support remote energy sites, at the Yuri Renewable Hydrogen Project in Karratha, a solar, electrolyser and battery development, we placed more than 15 talent for installation and setup and provided logistical support throughout.
Excavator, dozer and roller operators with civil labourers for access roads, embankments, spillways and benching on steep, remote ground.
Concreters, steel fixers and formwork carpenters for intakes, outlet works, powerhouse structures and tunnel linings.
Riggers and dogmen with the right High Risk Work Licence, and trade assistants supporting turbine, gate and penstock installation.
Licensed electricians and labourers for cabling, switchyard and control upgrades, including work inside stations that stay in service.
An initial screen of trade experience, a face-to-face interview and reference checks before anyone reaches your site.
Talent arrives with the PPE the job needs and their tickets confirmed: White Card, high-risk work licences, plant tickets or RIW accreditation.
A minimum of four hours per day per person, from short-term cover to full project durations, with the option to take talent on permanently.
Many of our team have worked on construction and solar sites themselves. Call us on 1300 995 234.
Yes, where they hold the tickets. We check Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights and any plant competencies before talent starts, and they complete the site’s own underground or station inductions.
Tell us the roster, travel arrangements and whether a camp is provided. At the Yuri Renewable Hydrogen Project in Karratha we provided logistical support so the right people were on site when needed.
