Warehouses and distribution centres
General labourers, concreters and plant operators for slabs, hardstand and the long run of ground-level work on large sheds.
Labourers, plant operators, riggers and working-at-heights crews for warehouses, distribution centres and factory builds. We placed 34 talent on Arnott's automated distribution centre in Western Sydney.
Industrial builds are wide and repetitive at ground level, then busy at height once the steel goes up. Large slabs and hardstand need concreters and plant operators; the structure brings riggers, dogmen and scaffolders; and roof, cladding and rooftop solar work calls for people trained to work at heights.
At Arnott’s automated distribution centre in Huntingwood, next to the company’s main biscuit manufacturing site, we supplied 34 talent through the construction phase from March to August 2023. The crew included solar panel installers, working-at-heights labourers and general labourers.
Much of Sydney’s industrial and logistics land sits in the west, and we supply crews across Western Sydney and the rest of Greater Sydney. Tell us the stage, the numbers and the tickets, and we will match the crew to it.

Everyone holds a White Card. Roof and mezzanine work needs Working at Heights training, and lifting, scaffolding, forklift and boom lift work each need the matching High Risk Work Licence. We check these before anyone is put forward.
