Rooftop panel installation
Solar panel installers and labourers to set out rails, fix mounting systems and lay panels on metal and flat commercial roofs.
Solar panel installers, licensed electricians and working-at-heights labourers for commercial rooftop and ground-mount systems. Screened, White Card-holding talent booked for the days your install runs.
Commercial solar goes onto buildings that are often still in use: warehouse and factory roofs, carparks, schools and shopping centres. Most of the work is at height, with a business running underneath, so crews need to follow site rules and the installer’s safe work method statements from the first day.
We supply solar panel installers, licensed electricians and labourers to commercial installers and builders. During construction of Arnott’s automated distribution centre at Huntingwood, the 34 talent we placed included solar panel installers and working-at-heights labourers alongside general labourers.
Each person goes through our three-stage screening, and we check Working at Heights tickets and electrical licences before they’re put forward.

Licensed electricians and electrical trade assistants for DC and AC cabling, inverter installation and switchboard connection.
Labourers to unload panels and racking, get materials to roof level safely and keep access ways clear on an occupied site.
An initial screen of trade experience, a face-to-face interview and reference checks before anyone reaches your site.
Talent arrives with the PPE the job needs and their tickets confirmed: White Card, high-risk work licences, plant tickets or RIW accreditation.
A minimum of four hours per day per person, from short-term cover to full project durations, with the option to take talent on permanently.
Many of our team have worked on construction and solar sites themselves. Call us on 1300 995 234.
We check Working at Heights and a White Card for every installer and roof labourer before they start, plus any harness or edge protection requirements your site sets.
Yes. We confirm each electrician holds a current electrical licence for the state the job is in before they’re put forward.
Tell us the access hours, inductions and site rules when you book, and we’ll put forward talent available for that pattern, including early starts or weekend work.
Commercial installs are often a few days long. Talent is booked for a minimum of four hours per day, so you can bring people in for one roof or keep them across a run of sites.
Send us the trades, headcount, site and start date, and we'll put forward talent who fit.
