Gardening and landscaping labour hire

Gardeners, grounds keepers and landscape labourers for commercial grounds, public sites and civil projects. Booked for regular maintenance visits or a set project, screened, and holding a White Card for construction sites.

Gardening & Landscaping supplied by TradeConnex

Hiring gardening & landscaping through TradeConnex

Grounds work comes in two kinds. There’s the regular upkeep that keeps commercial and public grounds looking right: mowing, pruning, weeding, planting and clearing paths. Then there’s landscaping on construction and civil projects, where crews lay turf, plant out, mulch and finish the edges once the main build is done.

At the Art Gallery of New South Wales, we’ve supplied talent on a regular basis since July 2022 for general maintenance, grounds keeping and landscaping. It isn’t one big mobilisation. The value is in the same reliable people returning to site, so they know the grounds and the Gallery’s standards.

Landscaping also comes up on the civil and transport projects we crew. It was part of the scope on the Parramatta Road Urban Amenity Improvement across nine streets in the Inner West, and on The Greenway Cooks to Cove at Dulwich Hill, alongside earthworks and drainage.

Every person goes through our three-stage screening: a screen of their experience, a face-to-face interview and reference checks. We supply gardening and landscaping talent across Sydney, booked for a minimum of four hours per day.

What they do on site

  • Plant, mulch and water new landscaping
  • Prune hedges, shrubs and small trees
  • Keep paths, courtyards and grounds clear of litter and leaves
  • Lay turf, edging and pavers on landscape works
  • Remove green waste and leave work areas tidy
