“Carpenter” covers very different jobs. A formwork carpenter building culvert forms on a solar farm, a framer standing up a house and a fitout carpenter hanging doors in an office each need different experience. We ask what the work is and match carpenters who have done it.
On renewable energy and grid projects, much of the carpentry we supply is formwork. At Jemalong Solar Farm near Forbes, our formwork carpenters and concreters formed all the culverts under the access road for the 50MW solar farm. At the Dinawan Substation, formwork carpenters were part of a 22-strong team we placed across civil and electrical works.
We also supply carpenters for residential, commercial and industrial builds. Every carpenter goes through our three-stage screening, with a face-to-face interview and reference checks with previous employers. Tell us the scope, the tools they’ll need and any tickets, and we’ll put forward carpenters to suit. When there’s a pour to follow, concreters and steel fixers can join the same booking.

An initial screen of trade experience, a face-to-face interview and reference checks before anyone reaches your site.
Talent arrives with the PPE the job needs and their tickets confirmed: White Card, high-risk work licences, plant tickets or RIW accreditation.
A minimum of four hours per day per person, from short-term cover to full project durations, with the option to take talent on permanently.

Carpenters are booked for a minimum of four hours a day, with hire running from a few days to a full project.
