Plant operators for civil, rail, renewables and construction sites: excavators, skid steers, telehandlers, piling rigs, rollers, watercarts and forklifts. Screened, ticketed for the plant they run, and supplied to projects from Sydney Metro to solar farms across the country.
A good operator is judged by what they leave behind: trenches dug to grade, piles in line, loads placed without damage and no near misses. We match operators to the machine and the site, and check they hold the competency or licence that plant needs before they’re put forward.
On transport projects we provided machine operators to Sydney Metro and the Parramatta Light Rail, and since March 2025 we’ve supplied 65 RIW-accredited labourers and operators across shutdowns on the Bardwell Park Station Upgrade. At the Dinawan Substation, our team included watercart, excavator and posi track operators.
Solar farms run on plant. At Blue Grass Solar Farm near Chinchilla, our 100-strong team included piling rig, excavator and telehandler operators and installed more than 67,500 piles. We’ve supplied skid steer and telehandler operators to solar builds from Merredin in WA to Maryrorough in Queensland, and moxy and roller operators to Rye Park Wind Farm.

Talent arrives with the PPE the job needs and their tickets confirmed: White Card, high-risk work licences, plant tickets or RIW accreditation.
A minimum of four hours per day per person, from short-term cover to full project durations, with the option to take talent on permanently.

Yes. We confirm each operator holds the licence or verification of competency for the plant they’ll run, such as a High Risk Work Licence for forklifts, before they start.
