Station accessibility upgrades
Labourers and operators for new lifts, footbridges, concourses, canopies and platform regrading on Safe Accessible Transport station upgrades.
RIW-accredited labourers and operators for station upgrades and rail construction, crewed around possession windows. We are on the Bardwell Park and Chester Hill station upgrades and crewed Mount Colah through to completion.
On a live rail corridor most of the physical work happens during possessions, the booked windows when trains stop. Those windows are tightly scheduled and cannot overrun, and everyone on site needs current Rail Industry Worker (RIW) certification. We supply RIW-accredited labourers and operators and bring the same people back possession after possession, because a crew that knows the site works faster and more safely.
At Mount Colah we supplied 33 RIW-inducted labourers across the shutdowns from May 2023 until the upgrade finished in August 2024. Since March 2025 we have placed 65 RIW-accredited talent on the Bardwell Park Station Upgrade, and more than 65 on Chester Hill. All three are Safe Accessible Transport programme projects. Earlier, we sourced more than 100 talent for the initial phases of Sydney Metro, including machine operators, electricians and general labourers.

Rolling RIW crews that return for each possession, built up for major shutdowns and scaled back between them, so the people on site already know it.
Machine operators, electricians and general labourers for early construction phases, as supplied to Sydney Metro.
Labour for platform resurfacing, relocating station services and power supply upgrades, all fitted into tightly scheduled track windows.
An initial screen of trade experience, a face-to-face interview and reference checks before anyone reaches your site.
Talent arrives with the PPE the job needs and their tickets confirmed: White Card, high-risk work licences, plant tickets or RIW accreditation.
A minimum of four hours per day per person, from short-term cover to full project durations, with the option to take talent on permanently.
Many of our team have worked on construction and solar sites themselves. Call us on 1300 995 234.
Yes. For corridor work we check each person holds current Rail Industry Worker (RIW) certification before they’re put forward, along with a White Card and any plant tickets the role needs. On our station upgrades every person on site has been RIW accredited.
Send us the possession dates and hours and we’ll put forward RIW crews available for them. On our station upgrades we supply shutdown by shutdown rather than as one continuous mobilisation.
That is how we run our station work. Bringing site-familiar people back for every window helps the delivery team make the most of the time before the track is handed back.
Talent is booked for a minimum of four hours per day. For site engineers, site managers and other ongoing roles on rail projects, we also offer permanent recruitment.
Send us the trades, headcount, site and start date, and we'll put forward talent who fit.
