Road work is staged around live traffic and residents, and the crew has to keep pace as the job moves from services and drainage to kerbs, pavements and finishing. We supply labourers, plant operators, traffic controllers and trades who can shift between tasks and locations as the programme changes.
More than 100 of our talent worked on WestConnex for four clients, on the M4 tunnel, M5, M8 and M4-M5 Link. We recruited construction talent for both the east and west sections of the Mona Vale Road Upgrade, and kept 25 skilled labourers moving across nine streets on the Parramatta Road Urban Amenity Improvement in Annandale and Leichhardt. The Greenway Cooks to Cove drew more than 200 talent for a corridor that included three tunnels beneath live roads.

Talent arrives with the PPE the job needs and their tickets confirmed: White Card, high-risk work licences, plant tickets or RIW accreditation.
A minimum of four hours per day per person, from short-term cover to full project durations, with the option to take talent on permanently.

Yes. Our road projects have been built under traffic and beside homes and shops, from nine live streets on Parramatta Road to tunnels under live roads on the Greenway. We can book traffic controllers with the civil crew.
Every person we put forward holds a White Card. Depending on the task we also confirm plant tickets, a SafeWork NSW traffic control card, Working at Heights or Confined Space Entry before they reach site.
Send us the shift pattern with the booking and we’ll put forward talent available for those hours.
Talent is booked for at least four hours a day. Past that, a crew can stay for one stage or the whole job: on the Greenway we supplied labour from the first sod turn through to completion.
